Acceptable Use Policy

1. Definitions and Interpretation

2.1 You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site in contravention of the provisions of our Terms & Conditions of our Website

2.2 You must not use the website to provide any professional advisory services, especially those that will be in conflict with The World We Want or could impact the company’s reputation negatively.

2.3 You must ensure that all Content you may submit via the website such as via the contact form, via any interactive services associated with the website such as the company social media platforms (see Part 2.8), and via the contact options such as emails complies with the provisions of this Policy.

2.4 Whilst we do not restrict the website usage by age, we do request the consent of a parent or guardian of children before they visit the website or use any of the interactive services. Minors who are using any interactive service should be made aware of the potential risks to them.

2.5 Content must be appropriate for all persons who have access to or are likely to access the Content in question, and in particular for children over 12 years of age.

2.6 When communicating via Our Site, uploading User Content, or otherwise interacting with Our Site, you must ensure that your communication or submission:

2.8 Interactive Services

a) If we provide any interactive service, we will provide clear information to you about the kind of service offered, if it is moderated and what form of moderation is used (including whether it is human, remote or technical). Whilst we will do our best to assess any possible risks for users such as to minors from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on our site, we are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service we provide on our site, and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in contravention of our content standards, whether the service is moderated or not.

5. promotes or assists in any form of unlawful activity;

6. is defamatory of another person;

7. bullies, insults, intimidates, or humiliates another person;

8. discriminates against, or is in any way defamatory of, any person, group, or class of persons; race; nationality; gender; gender identity; sexual orientation; religious or philosophical beliefs; disability; or age;

9. is intended or otherwise likely to threaten, harass, annoy, alarm, inconvenience, upset, or embarrass another person;

10. is calculated or otherwise likely to deceive;

11. is intended or otherwise likely to infringe (or threaten to infringe) another person’s right to privacy or otherwise uses their personal information in a way that you do not have a right to;

12. misleadingly impersonates any person or otherwise misrepresents your identity or affiliation in a way that is calculated to deceive;

13. implies any form of affiliation with Us or any other party where there is none;

14. infringes, or assists in the infringement of, the intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, designs, patents, trade marks, and database rights) belonging to Us or any other party;

15. is in breach of any legal duty owed to another party including, but not limited to, contractual duties and duties of confidence;

16. is libellous or maliciously false;

17. infringe any copyright, moral right, database right, trademark right, design right, right in passing off, or other intellectual property right;

18. constitute negligent advice or contain any negligent statement;

19. constitute an incitement to commit a crime, instructions for the commission of a crime or the promotion of criminal activity;

20. is in contempt of any court, or in breach of any court order;

22. constitute a breach of official secrets legislation;

23. constitute a breach of any contractual obligation owed to any person;

25. gives the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case;

26. depicts violence in an explicit, graphic or gratuitous manner;

27. is be pornographic or sexually explicit;

29. consists of or contain any advice, instructions or other information that may be acted upon and could, if acted upon, cause death, illness or personal injury, damage to property, or any other loss or damage;

30. causes, or may cause, damage to the company’s reputation, its services or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website

3 Breaches of this Policy

3.1 If you fail to comply with the provisions of this Policy, We may take action as set out in this Part 3. A breach of this Policy also constitutes a material breach of the Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use of Our Site. We may take one or more of the following actions in response to your breach:

a) Suspend or terminate your right to use Our Site;

b) Remove, either temporarily or permanently, your communication, User Content, or other submission from Our Site;

c) Issue you with a written warning;

d) Take legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of any and all relevant costs on an indemnity basis resulting from your breach;

e) Take further legal action against you, as appropriate;

f) Disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as required or as We deem reasonably necessary; and/or

g) Any other actions which We deem reasonably appropriate (and lawful);

4. Law and Jurisdiction

4.1 This Policy, and the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English and

Wales law.

4.2 If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Nothing in this Part takes away from or reduces your legal rights as a consumer.

4.3 If you are a consumer, any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim between you and Us relating to this Policy or to the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.

4.4 If you are a business user, any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim between you and Us relating to this Policy or to the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
